Effective role models are vital to every family and every community!!

Role Model 101 has established itself as a powerful program, effectively designed to benefit those working with children. Children under age eighteen account for 25% of our population, but they are 100% of our future. Today’s children are today’s number one concern. They are tomorrow’s number one resource. Child development in our country requires urgent attention. In simple terms: too many children are deficient in health, love, esteem and education

 

Individuals working in recreation programs, summer camps, youth sports and after school programs will particularly benefit from Role Model 101. If you round them up, we will fire them up! This 2.5-hour workshop is often used as a component to staff training, including CIT’s. Having fun is a big part of the Role Model 101 experience, generated through music, games, skits and drills. This interactive workshop focuses on the scope and complexity of serving as an effective role model.

 

Lessons and techniques are taught via the topics of values, balance, adversity, building self esteem, leadership and character development. The formation and implementation of personal and program philosophy are additional topics. Objectives are to provide additional techniques for teaching and mentoring, while enhancing personal skills, awareness, and discovering alternative solutions.

Interpersonal Dynamics

This workshop is dedicated to the dynamics, principals and solutions for improving the work culture and empowering the employee. Interpersonal Dynamics cultivates a fun learning environment while enhancing the knowledge and skills of each participant. Spirited dialogue will emerge and solutions will be discovered during such topics as: conflicts and ethics, empathy, forgiveness, communication, responding to adversity, making common-sense common, and proactive steps for interpersonal relationships.
